Day 8 - that's the end...

Day 8 - I'm not making it to 30 days... Broke the fast

I crashed.

After 24 hrs water fast over the weekend, Monday morning found me nauseous and weak, and I couldn't go to work.

So I broke the fast.

That's it for me. I knew it was too much - I couldn't even look at my juicer.

So I'm going to start a new, restricted dieting blog, because I've loved this online community.
