I’m exploring new running technique. As 3 x 3.5 miles is starting to make my knees hurt. So this great book has lots of things to teach - I have 4 pages of notes for my next practice session.
This week my goals are to run monday, thursday and Friday doing 45 minutes, form intervals (one minute on one minute off) focusing on posture and lean. On Monday I’m going to work on lifting my feet exercises, on Thursday I’ll practice posture and on Friday I’ll work on lean.

I've found curezone again
drpr sent me a message. It’s a sign - gotta get back to the forum where I found so much love and support during my pre-wedding craze.
Now I’m feeling so much happier and healthier overall! Actually right now i’m home with a nasty summer cold but I’ll get through it. I’ve started running, a few months ago, and would love to share some of the yummy things I’ve learned through that process. Also have a new job I love and am trying to get into a more mindful living head space. Hopefully I will be tracking meditation progress in here as well.
