What the F...?
There is a Rule in Sadhana Practice -yes, one that says- if you miss a day you start over. I missed 2 while in Pacific Gove, LUCKILY one can't start over twice...So I am starting OVER!
Date: 9/12/2005 7:42:42 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 1521 times And other self jokes including "Potty Poetry"- I missed day's 19 & 20 to attend my daughter's triathlon...yes I did...and guess what today, day 21 I learned a "rule" yes...a "rule" ~if you miss a day you start over again so...today I completed day 1-OH NO! Can you believe it? I am dumbstruck- and this is not a common state for me...Rather uncommon state for me...
So I am starting over, instead of finishing the the 2nd of October I will finish the 22nd of October. Joke's on me, as so many of them are lately. Lucky I have a good sense of humor, and I see the awesome strength I am gaining in my core..This was just what the doctor ordered. I am getting very strong..yep and I am tough- No whining here only the determination of a Taurus! (I'm a Libra, tho-Mars rising!)
BUT, my diet went to hell over the trip! {True Confessions}I got home my roommate was having a "Charger Party" and....oh dear, yes....I ATE a Hotdog on a white bread bun...I didn't digest that bugger for several hours...and I am not sure that it is removed or evacuated yet. It gave me gas!
This is another reason Sadhana is very good for you- it speeds the refuse through the colonial highway ~ or the Hershey Highway~
The Colonial Highway
Food can take a Byway
called the
appendicitis
It can take the Colonial
Highway, and we call it
Digestion
If moves at the
same "commuting time" daily
we call it
Regularity
But if it is backed
up, like I5 @9am
We call it Constipation
If it is speeding and won't
STOP, we call it an
accident
Generally speaking I AM
regular, Sadhana will
take care of that!!!
But no one tells you
regular will be at 3 am- so
one begins to see
that 40 days is
not your true
destiny...
Since you will be up anyway
you might as well
feel the love of
worship in the
Amrit Vela-
And regularlarity expulsing
down the Colonial Highway!
