Quick Catch Up
Couple aspects of my life in the NOW.
Date: 9/9/2005 3:25:52 AM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2080 times So I am still doing Sadhana I think day #17 now..but at this point they begin to all blend in. I am feeling strong and a little less tired. I have done a LOT of core work.
I will be missing Sadhana while in Monterey. I bet I'll wake up at 3am...today I will have less than 4 hours sleep as I have only 2 hours till I leave for Sadhana.
I have developed a love for the Sikhs and their absolute support and hospitality. I am honored as an honored guest when in their home. I love the chanting and the Kriya we're doing is touch..all core work
11 minutes of alternative leg lifts, 11 minutes of lifting both legs simeautaneoulsy up to 90 degrees with arms and hands held parallel (kinda acts as the goal for your toes and your upper body anchor.) 11 minutes of holding the legs extended from the body for 50 seconds then bring them in and clasping your arms around the bent legs.
I am getting strong in the middle I can now do the whole core portion of the set without stopping, but I have learned to pace myself-such an important core issue..pacing oneself! There are other asnanas that are not as challenging for me, spinal flexes, for the upper and lower back, stretching over the legs both individually and both at the same time...It is an hour set.
I have to leave early to get to the airport, Steve is giving me a lift. How sweet huh? Then he is off to work and I am off to my daughters triathlon. I got some flak at work for taking off, but I had it on the calendar for several weeks and am going.
Work and the personalities is becoming interesting, but I swear to your the Sadhana keeps me from obsessing about all the nonsense.
I really am so blessed. I am sending intention for a flight of ease. I am afraid I may be tired onthe drive from San Joes to Monterey.
Wish me intention to meet Clint and have the Waldorf conversation.
I am blessed. I am thinking of events for our silent auction. 1. On Joan Embery's Pillsbury Ranch-with the 50 acres and the WILD things (animals)
Maybe the Brigantine for a nice meal and a silent auction- by the way one of the parents at Waldorf hooked me up with a silent auction expert for the SanDiego Zoo...All is coming to me as it needs to be...And all the choices I have...KEWL.....
I AM so blessed
And So It Is
Sat Nam
9th!

I just checked in and printed my boarding pas for Southwest Airlines-from my computer-too cool-so I am checked in and have an "A" boarding pass -the only catch is that One must wait until 12:01am the day of the flight to do this...and when one has a 3am uoga date this is spreading Oneself thinly in the sleep department!
