Sadhana#4

Just an update on Sadhana #4, I am clearing the vessel to receive all my good! Sat Nam and so it is! stronger and more open~ May we live ininteresting times!

Went today at 4 am;same group, but one new male who was so funny, he sang every chant for 1 whole hour. What made it especially humorous was that I sang every chant for the entire chanting hour the first time I appeared- 4 short days ago.

I have now learned to conserve my energy and sing one or two of the six chants, and rest between exercises...ALL of which are stomach exercises...My weakest point! (So of course now we know why God directed me there, my intuition knew my next step was to strengthen the core-hahahah...My intuition led me to exactly what I needed. I can pretty much count on myself now. It is a blessing.

So the new guy was not actually new, since he knew doc-apparently he is a radiologist! Freaks me out that we have main stream doctors in an alternative medicine discipline. Believe me when I say all Kundalini masters know how to take care of the body superbly-with food and exercise + meditation....

So I made it through the 4th day- Shazammmm

Then I left for La Jolla Cove and had a FAB retreat with 20 of my Waldorfians...we had bonding games and group exercises that align us physically mentally and spiritually- hopefully it stuck...I have a new office at Waldorf..what used to be the teachers lounge...Sandy and I are sharing this space. So after the FAB retreat, I went on and picked up a quart of Orchard Plum paint and a gallon of pink peace for our walls. I hired a painter for Monday to do our office...then I need to rope one of the men into helping me move my desk down to the office.

It has been a full day- I came home hoping for a nap, but I washed the car instead (When I wash a car it needs IT!) It looked like the Mercedes Benz Dust Ball model...who is the kid that carries the blanket in Snoopy comic strip? That's what the car looks like.

Now I am off to a slumber party- where we watch movies all night (comedies this time) But I will be going home before 12M- since I have another Kundalini Workshop from 10am-4:30pm tomorrow...jeez and that is after Sadhana- I am coming home and sleeping after the workshop in Coronado...We are working our solar plexus and the seat of our soul...

What a whirl wind...and I noticed last time I showed up at the slumber party there were boys there...some of the firls brought dates- that isnot an authentic slumber party- Our mother's woulda never allowed boys at our sleep over...Those guys....They were just fine...BTW, I am liking these men more and more...a different kind is showing up in my life right now...
