This blog is not about anything funny...It is really about a great courageous undertaking, because it has to do with missing sleep- A HUGE determiner in how I function and feel...
I have committed (mainly by putting this in writing!) to do Sadhana at 4am everyday for 40days
Sadhana Consists of 21/2 hours of "connecting" during Amrit Vela~ the pre dawn time when the window to the "other worlds" is the most open (4am -6:30am)
We will do a little chant, then Kundalini yoga for an hour, another hour of meditation, and 30 minutes of chanting~Then I will go into work early and be productive and jazzed with spiritual energy-Sat Nam ~out true nature~ If one can do this for 40 days straight One can kick ass in Life.
My committment is so strong to "Unciovering an early childhood education center" as part of my work/calling that I am undertaking the journey for love and power.
You will not see anymore morning posts~ not that you will be so deprived...just to let all know I have not died-thought I may feel like it-
I am going to flex the muscle of ancient discipline and fly, it is a commitment to the children of Waldorf, and me.
If I can keep my eyes open I will report on the results and feelings this process will unearth.
