End of Day 2, soldiering onward

Date: 3/21/2005 9:50:43 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2043 times Ok, I confess...I am HUNGRY this evening. Not emotionally so, but rather physically. My tummy just feels so empty. This too shall pass, as does all of the rest of the challenging moments on the cleanse. Am sure it's different for other people. For instance, I have a very easy time with the SWF. I actually don't mind the taste (or else I am simply not all the way awake when I drink it). I bet there are people out there doing this cleanse who have no hunger pangs, but HATE the SWF and have a hard time with it.
There are so many positives that I will SOLDIER onward. I sleep like a baby, albeit with a few odd dreams thrown in. I feel marvelous and have loads of energy. My mood is great (even when hungry). Now, here is the weird part and I can't explain it, but make of it what you will! I am hungry but I have no desire to eat. Physical hunger pangs but not interested in eating. Nothing sounds good. So, there you have it. The Cleanse Conundrum of the day!!!!!!
I've had the oddest metallic taste in my mouth today. No idea what this means, but am sure it's a sign of detoxing. Oh, and I could smell the food that someone had just eaten on their person when I hugged them. Bizarre. Am uber sensitive to all smells. Good smells too, which is great. I was near an orange grove today and the blossoms were just pure heaven. Ahhhhhhh.
Day 3 tomorrow. We shall see what we shall see. Am sure a new set of challenges and rewards for me. Coolness.
