Prepping for this big Spring-time cleanse has me excited about it. I am winding down off of coffee so that by the time Sunday (first MC day) rolls around, my physical addiction will be broken.
Am eating very simply and somewhat sparingly (vegan) this week which is a sharp contrast from my usual 5-6 small meals of healthy carbs, good fats and PROTEIN (just fish, no fowl or meat for me). I lift weights (love it) along with stretching and cardio, and the big deal in that world is 'getting enough protein' and eating enough to fuel workouts. Sheesh. I am planning on working out throughout the MC (but only if my body says it's cool to do so).
Sunday seems a million miles away, but at least I will be mentally, physically and spiritually prepared for it. I plan on taking my first day easy and just seeing what comes up for me. I wish patience were one of my virtues, pity.
