Palm Sunday??? miscellaneous thoughts for Sunday morning

I should be ashamed of myself. It's Palm Sunday today right? LOL

Good morning my friends. I got wonderful news when I stepped on the scale today. I've lost 2.5 pounds since going all raw a few days ago and ditching the coffee addiction. Right now I'm drinking my morning detox lemon drink and reading some news watching an Inside Edition special about spring break vacation safety.
