City Dumpling Re-feeding

Well, its 9:30 on the 45th day of this journey, I decided to drive to the city yesterday, getting here just around 6pm when I tuned it to the retreat webcast of my Teacher in Italy - I drank juices all day, cleaned up and packed out and fed all the animals and got on the road doing a lot of practice on the 4 hour drive. I got a nasty headache half-way thru the drive and took a couple advil which sorted it out - in the eve, after the teaching, I made some banana custard with some milk (about one cup or so). one banana - and a few spoonfuls of my homemade custard powder - had that with some of the fruit sauce with slippery elm powder and psyllium - it was the biggest serve of food I'd had in awhile because I ate all the custard slowly - and my friend had bought pizza, for the taste, I slowly had about 1/2 a piece of that later cut up into three small pieces which I ate slowly, one at a time.
Today I went out, a bit of shopping and errands, got back to the city house around 4 and had a nap for an hour, got up and did some computer work and phone calls - got onto the webcast (last one for now) after building a little fire (was chilly today!) and went out and had 9 dumplings with chinese vinegar with my friend. I had juices and tea all day up to then, ate them slowly and they were bliss - very delicious and have so far gone down very well - I can hear my digestion working, I didn't even feel particularly that full feeling I got yesterday with the fruit sauce and custard etc = so I've got one serve of that left and tomorrow I think I'll again stick to liquids and the rest of the fruit sauce with another serve of custard as I've one banana left - thought it was a good way to put the two bananas to use...
Before I go back to the country I'll try and have a serve of mince beef in something and maybe a little soup or something of that nature - I think every other day with a bit of food like that and just the fruit sauce digestive tonic the days in between is a good way to go along with keeping up the probiotic and juices and smoothies.
I'm still a bit sore physically and emotionally from the assault - bruised ribs and skull, very tender throat and sore there inflaming my ear a bit and hurting a little when I swallow etc - its getting better every day and it's not going to last too long by the feel of it - just sad to have lost someone so close, it really sucks :( We had so many awesome things we shared for many years there - its going to hurt losing that.

m tired today, going to sleep early - even after the nap I was pretty low energy today, just wanted to update the blog :)
