Day 1 (new fast)
Broke my last fast on day 5 due to a social event. Starting over.
Date: 8/22/2012 4:32:26 PM ( 12 y ) ... viewed 1566 times It took me a couple of days to get started again, the first few days really are the hardest for me.
When I was on day 5 on my last fast I wasn't even hungry at all and it seem to be getting easier in that sense but broke it because of a social event.
I am so disappointed I did that, it was so hard to get to day 5 and into ketosis. I could of easily kept going.
A long fast would be perfect for me right now, and would give me such a fresh start once I am done.
If I could do 40-50 days, I would be around my ideal weight and can start eating right and toning up. It would be a perfect way to start a new lifestyle change, with all this excess weight off.
I also have depression and would like to see if it can get rid of that.
