Not fasting for weight loss anymore...
...doing low fat mostly raw vegan and exercise.

I already lost like 70 lbs crash dieting and notice I am starting to develop some saggy skin, it's not bad now, but I need to lose around 60 more lbs, so it might be bad then.
I notice when I pinch the sagging skin on my arm, my arm is really quite thin, and doesn't seem to have much muscle mass.
So I don't think fasting would be good yet. I think, I need to eat well in a way that will let me lose weight and build muscle. And I think a low fat mostly raw vegan diet with exercise would be it.
I might fast later once I build up some muscle mass and better nutritional reserves, to make my system really clean.
I keep the progress updated, but the results won't be as often or as dramatic as fasting, probably.
