The fasting for weight loss forum seems pretty darn dead.
So, I will do updates on my fasting ventures here, maybe there too.
I don't see anything wrong with fasting for weight loss, from what I've read once you get past the 3 days and enter ketosis, you enter the "protein sparing phase" and burn mostly fat. I am hoping it will also reduce the appearance of stretch marks and other unsightly stuff.
Plan to do one long fast, the longer I can go the better. Like a 40 day fast. Then eat maybe raw for a month, do another long fast to fine tune things. But that is way in the future, this is just my general plan to start with, it may change folks.
I know the hard part is how you eat afterwards. I got that covered. Low fat raw foods.

I have a hunch, I will l get a little underweight, before I rebuild a healthier physique.
