Day 18 of Water Fast

I slept well, and Mekong kept me company as usual. As I was getting ready for work, I was a little bit disappointed that my day's schedule was so puny. I had only three events on my calendar. It seemed so small compared to other days when I have had tons of stuff to do. I had a very slow start getting out of bed and moving around. I think that I am finally feeling a bit of the nasty-ness of the water fast. I drank 16.9 ounces of water right off the bat. It tasted good, regardless of the whitish tongue
The day was pretty normal and slow for some reason for me. I used up my lunch time by going to the library and looking at books.
After work, I went to Christy's and hung out until I really wanted to lay down, so I went home and got into bed. But not before, I took a shower. It helped give me a little energy, because I felt more clean and refreshed, but the hot water just made me feel more tired. When I crawled into bed, I didn't read much of my Bible, as Mekong was trying to crawl all over me. She was wedging herself between me and my bible, so I just gave up with trying to read it. You got to love that cat. LOL Mekong is definitely an attention hog. LOL
I hope to be feeling a bit better tomorrow.
