Day 9 of my Post Water Fast

Yay! It is Friday and on Monday I will be going back to work. I can't wait. I have been mostly bored, other then reading and writing on my healthy blog. It has been a kind of stressful week, as I have been lonely, due to Phil and PJ camping out in the guest room. I have been by myself most of the time when I am at home. I know it will only feel worse, after they move out. I am not looking forward to the day.
Probably going to spend the day reading, as I finished another book and I have picked up two others and started them. My brain feels like it is going to fall out since I have started reading Ben Hur by Lew Wallace.
I don't have much to say, as I haven't been really active, as it is cold out, I can't play the Wii and its too cold out to walk Life is pretty boring and my heart is kind of on edge, because of the loneliness and wanting attention from Phil.
FOOD INTAKE:
BREAKFAST: A ½ of cup of mixed bean stew
SNACK: NONE
LUNCH: a 10 leaves of steamed Spinach seasoned with garlic and herb spices (no salt added) and A ½ cup of Steamed veggies (carrots, and broccoli ) seasoned with garlic and herb spices (no salt added)
DINNER: A ½ cup of Steamed veggies (carrots, and broccoli ) seasoned with garlic and herb spices (no salt added) and a 10 leaves of steamed Spinach seasoned with garlic and herb spices (no salt added)
EXERCISE: Walking around the house
WATER INTAKE: Unknown
WEIGHT: 140 pounds
