hi all.

my weight loss has stalled since my last post - from eating salad and veg every day! ha!

anyway, all is well. i am in ketosis, and skin is really good.

tonight i have taken epsom salts, and am waiting for the oil-time to come... eek!!! it's never really nice, is it; liver flushing :)

i was given a present of a lovely fancy 'Le Creuset' griddle pan - should be great for grilling my steaks and fish.

college is going GREAT - i am just loving my course. i've started working harder, and preparing for each class. i also spent a bit of dosh on course materials - books, stationary.. stuff that i knew i needed but had been putting off buying. thirdly, i've been making it my business to attend ALL lectures and classes and every other kind of thing they ask us to - very time consuming, but rewarding. all of the measures above have combined to bring my stress levels back to about zero! happy days. happy, hardworking days.
