i am losing weight every day, and every cell of my body is filled with love and light.
Date: 4/21/2010 5:37:56 AM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 1642 times i'm sorry for not writing in ages. since last friday has been a massive challenge. but am welcoming back a great old friend called Big Liver Cleanse, tonight.
had been losing weight consistently up til i last wrote ------ doing yoga, cleanses, carb. exclusion diet.
overdid it in yoga a bit one fasting day and woke up with sore throat the next day -- which turned into a flu-type thing -- it was almost out of my system when two days ago i sprained my ankle, and have been on crutches up til this morning! can walk unaided now, thank God. diet has been out the window. and lots of talking with boyf, trying to quit fighting with each other and find a way to have a peaceful relationship. it has been an very challenging week, as i said.
liver cleanse tonight. will weigh myself in the morning : ) That is good. once i take the epsom salts tonight i will be fully back on track.
the whole regime is relatively enjoyable and relatively easier when you are doing it. It gives great satisfaction to know that you are doing the correct thing for your body. for me, that is to lose weight (and in the process: become more flexible, improve my circulation, my skin, my self-confidence, and everything else). I feel content when i am working towards that.
at times in the past week i have felt overwhelmed, a failure, very sad, hopeless, self-abusive, uncaring, unloving.
by doing my liver cleanse tonight, beginning an excellent dietary regime tomorrow, and going back to yoga when my ankle is fully healed (in a day or two more), i am going to create for myself feelings of JOY, PEACE, SATISFACTION, CONTENTMENT, CONFIDENCE, HAPPINESS, SURE-FOOTEDNESS, SELF-LOVE and LOVE OF ALL OTHERS.
