"A rock pile ceases to be a rock pile
the moment a single man contemplates it,
bearing within him the image of a cathedral."

Did my 1.5hrs hot yoga class yesterday, some coffee enemas, and eat a little raw goat's cheese + 1 piece organic salmon. Also drank a lot of water. Amazing how much weight i can drop down in a day like that. I reckon it was just a LOT of water i was holding, and the remaining food in my bowel.
Bikram yoga really is great. You sweat so much in there. The temperature is minimum 105F degrees and about 40% humidity. Basically, it's pretty hot. So hot that many people just sit on their mats during parts of the class. At times in the past, i have felt absolutely nauseous and dizzy. But they say that that's because you haven't hydrated your body enough before class, and it can't get rid of the toxins that are mobilised in the various poses, and should be released through sweat.
The only time i ever really got a compliment regarding my skin was last month, when i was attending bikram class every day. My brother said he had never seen it look so good. After any kind of dietary indiscretion i am guaranteed to get spots on my face - red, angry ones. By dietary indiscretion i mean: sugar, wheat, any crappy chemical-fake-food (eg sweets), any dish made with cheap oil. To not have spots i must eat only organic veg/fruit, organic grains like millet/quinoa/brown rice/jumbo oats, and good quality olive/flax/coconut oils. I can also tolerate some hard cheese and organic fish, though i usually eat vegan. Sounds so exclusive! But it's not really.
anyway.... more yoga today, in a few hours - and every day! Have begun this challenge - 30 days straight. Each day's class is 1.5 hours. So 29 more to go. Also: liver cleanse tonight. Should be i ketosis by tomorrow for sure.
The Lord must've heard my prayers for help yesterday. It wasn't so difficult at all.
Thank you God.
And thank you to those who are reading this. The fact that anyone reads this stuff is SUCH encouragement! And i mean that!
Blessings.
'My heart is afraid that it will have to suffer,' the boy told the alchemist one night as they looked up at the moonless sky.
'Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself.
And that no heart has ever suffered when it goes in search of its dreams, because every second of the search is a second's encounter with God and with eternity.'
