"See first that the design is wise and just; that ascertained, pursue it resolutely."

Yoga yesterday evening was hellish. the class was packed - 50 people ish - and we were ALL lying within half a foot of each other, on four sides. This makes for a seriously hot room. And the instructor we had is one of the tougher ones; she has no mercy; as regards the postures, and the heat! (she has power over the temp.).
I was nauseous as anything in the latter stages of the 90mins, as were others. Lots of people lay flat on their mats, sporadically, during the class. Everyone was just trying to bear the heat (leaving is heavily discouraged - although 2 people actually left mid-way through).
So when i got home, wrecked tired, hungry and thirsty, i felt like a lunatic setting into my epsom salts.
Anyway, went through with the liver flush, and reaped the rewards this morning - i uploaded a picture of the gallstones i expelled, if anyone is really bothered to look! (titled "Gallstones, baby!") : ) Just a little while ago i actually passed more, but wasn't bothered to pick them out and clean them, etc. - just flushed the toilet.
Weight down too. By 0.4 lb. From 139.6 lb to 139.2 lb. Not as much as i would have hoped, but hey, it's been going down every single day i've done this regime correctly, so no complaints. I was in +++ ketosis last night, but just trace/+ this morning. Expect it to go up after yoga again today.
I have lost 9 lb since i began, 2.5 wks ago. But spent about a week totally off the program during those 2.5. Never again will i mess up like that. It just prolongs the whole thing, and it really demotivates me. I feel trapped in an endless cycle then. The way i'm doing it this time is just doing a long, straight run, of all the good things, and no bad, until every extra pound is gone. Selah.
Just had a row with my boyfriend. He wants to go hang out now, but i'm off to yoga. I see where he's coming from. But man, if there is ONE THING i am working on at the moment - one thing - with a defined timeline (ie it's not going to go on forever) - it's this body-work. So many times have i struggled to start this process. And seeing i have whipped up this much motivation, am mid-way through, and IT'S WORKING ---- i am nowhere near quitting. Realisation = Application over TIME.
Phew. If you have actually read this far, you are a star.
Goodbye, and Peace, til tomorrow.
