Eat an omelette and some veg last night after yoga. It was an intense class!
I am feeling a little bit wrecked after a long, busy day at college. I'm bleeding since this morning, too (period). My cycle has become exactly regular, which I love.
Evening time now. So far today, eat 3 small tomatoes with flax oil, balsamic and a tiny bit of mozzarella. Yoga at 8.30pm-10pm. I will be doing very well to go!
I'll love you and leave you guys now :)
Phew. Feeling wrecked!
