i'm back! i've kept off most of the weight I lost. last time I started, i was 147.7 lb... eek. this time my starting point is 139.4 . and that's after a week of 'living it up'. a couple of weeks ago i was 131 lb.
i know it's not healthy, all this weight fluctuation! and it's not like i've been doing anything majorly destructive. but at least I never saw 147 lb again.
the lowest I have weighed as an adult is 126 lb. I'm going to get there again, then really turn it on and go to 110. method is the same as detailed in earlier posts.
Feeling a bit intimidated by the size of the challenge, but excited and determined at the same time. Did a liver flush last night, and am water-fasting today. Expect a big drop in weight tomorrow - i can feel i am holding a lot of fluid - again, not healthy, but, that's why I'm doing all this! Let's go!
