after flu, sprained ankle last week! was unable to walk without crutches for a few days. then, for first time ever, met boyfriend's parents, who live abroad for the winter, but are now here for summer.. went out for meal with them.
so..... another liver cleanse tonight!!!!!! ankle great now -- am on my bike, cycling around the city, as usual.
LC tonight, then protein tomorrow!
can't wait to be IN THE (*ketosis*) ZONE again!
