It's not just one cause that a person needs to tackle; there are a bunch of things. Here's putting together some points on how to go on a successful and healthy diet.

It's not just one cause that a person needs to tackle; there are a bunch of things. Here's putting together some points on how to go on a successful and healthy diet:
- Set the right kind of goals- It's important to set realistic goals as opposed to temporary ones. For example, saying "I'll loose weight for a loved one's wedding" is temporary, after the wedding you're likely to put the weight back on. On the other hand, if you say "My dinner hence forth shall be light" (a powerful weight loss method), that is a long term and more rewarding way to lose weight.
- Make appropriate Lifestyle changes- Making these changes is not easy, so instead of saying things like you'll give up sweets altogether, you could find healthy sweet substitutes instead.
- Tackle Low self esteem- Most people assume that disciplined and motivated people are born like that but truth be told most successful people are average folks with a strong will power
