28 Day Medical Juice Fast, Day 12
Date: 2/15/2009 8:36:39 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 2020 times Nothing new to report today. Slept well, woke with only the mildest headache. Slight Sarcoidosis irritation on my skin under my left eye. Left wrist is feeling much better than previous few days. Lymph nodes feel smaller than ever.
I went to bed last night and declared to my wife, tomorrow I'll be 193 pounds. This fast is like clockwork, it's incredible. I lose 1 pound a day on average. Can I predict what I'll weigh on any given day for the rest of my fast? I prdict that I will weigh approx. 180 pounds on the 28th of February. Let's see if I'm right.
I have Peristalsis on my mind. I don't think it ever stops even with a fast. We are swallowing all kinds of digestive juices and drinking alot of water, that water has to move to the colon to be absorbed. I don't know for sure but I suspect that's why I feel the small amount of nagging hunger 24/7.
