Day 10...8lbs lost...
Date: 11/14/2008 7:41:12 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1827 times It's Day 10 today. Wow, quite a feat. I received bad news in that there was a death in the family so I would be going to my parents for this weekend. Which means no juicer. I took what I had today and it will last until tomorrow.
I am here until Monday now (it's Friday today), so I will be without any juice on Sunday. So in effect, that would end my juice fasting. I wonder if I should start again after I come back? I don't know. I was doing well.
I weighed myself this morning and I was down to 9st 9.2lbs (135.2lbs) - down 1lb since last night. So the yoghurt last night didn't really affect me much. I think the problem is that when I feel like I am starving, my body might hold onto anything that enters it, and therefore does not let go of any weight. Best thing to do is keep yourself fully nourished.
I arrived at my parents at about 4pm and felt quite hungry. I sipped on a bit of juice but it tasted like I had diluted it a bit too much. I decided to get some yoghurt and soup as it being the weekend and with my parents it would be difficult not to eat.
I had an organic strawberry yoghurt. Then some minestrone soup. Then a yoghurt drink. Think I might have over-indulged today. Will see what my situation is like tomorrow. Only problem is I don't have my digital scale at my parents. Let's see...
