Day 6 - 138lbs (22lbs to go)
Am I doing this fast right?
Date: 11/10/2008 5:08:27 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1749 times This morning I weighed 9st 13.0lbs (139lbs exactly) which was right on target for me as I wanted to stay at least the same as my weight on Friday (as the weekend was a bad one with solids being involved etc).
Today I didn't feel that tired or anything or have any headaches. Now there are two reasons that I seem to be succeeding on this fast; a) I didn't have enough toxins in my body to begin with; or b) I am not doing this fast the correct way. Hmm.
Reasons it could be the latter:
1. Am not drinking enough water
2. Am only having fruit juices so far, and too many oranges
3. Am not taking a proper supplement for fibre to assist the removal of toxins
I am consciously not drinking enough water at work as it is so busy I cannot afford to go to the bathroom all day. I should though. Will try this week.
Tomorrow might prove a challenge as am going to a concert with hubby and he wants to go out to dinner. Which would have been great usually but I am on a juice fast!
So now, I have 22lbs to go. 9 more lbs and I am in the 120s. Have not been in those for over two years.
My evening weigh (which I am going by to be consistent) was 9st 12.5lbs, so down 0.9lbs since yesterday. Very good...

Days 4 & 5: 9st 13.4lbs (139.4lbs)
Day 3: 9st 13.9lbs (139.9lbs)
Day 2: 10st 1.1lbs (141.1lbs)
Day 1: 10st 3.2lbs (143.2lbs)
