Fueling my body with some carbs and proteins for tomorrows new water fast.

a.m. weight 198.8
Went to the gym this morning and sat in the sauna 45 minutes. I decided not to do any cardio. Weight lifting was not an option since I worked out yesterday. I did drink an Isopure protein drink after my work out. It has 45 gms. of protein. At around five p.m. I ate a salad of romain lettuce, celery, and pears with a walnut rasberry vinigrette. It was glorious. Much better tasting than the stir fry vegatables we had the night before at Pei Wei's. I also sauted some fresh zuchinni, onions, carrots and garlic and seasoned it with sea salt, ms. dash and olive oil. I finished it off with some walnut rasberry vinigrette. I highly recomend the recipe it tasted wonderful.
After running a few errands, my wife had cooked some homemade chicken soup with carrots, potatoes, and zuchini, spinach and some herbs and spices. Just wonderful. I had two bowls. I figured I needed the protein. Tomorrow I'll kick off my water fast. My goal this week is to hit the 180's. Wish me luck.
