20.5 pounds lost
Date: 5/12/2008 9:21:20 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1457 times 175.5 Lowest I have been since starting. Lost 2.25 inches over the last week, .75 off of my neck. That is making a big difference to my appearance. Hubby at 183.0, that is 27 pounds. He looks great, down three notches on belt, stomach flat, face looking really good.
My weight has hung at a set point I mostly weighed for the last year. Hanging out at this weight for a week has sucked. An apple day dropped me a pound and a half, but rebounded most of that water weight.
I have learned that I absolutely must exercise every day to continue to lose.
Doing MC for today, maybe even a few days. I really am desperate to get below 170 no matter what it takes. Just one full size down in clothes will give me such a boost of encouragement.
If I were to go by what I weighed at dr office when starting (which is about the way my new scale weighs) I was 199.6 and am now 175.5 a difference of 24.1 pounds in just over a month. Got to stay positive here, I know this is good loss, I just have a barrier in my head about that 170 number.
