.63 pounds a day lost average over 15 days
Date: 4/30/2008 9:14:54 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1766 times 180.5 so I have lost .63 pounds a day average since starting hcg. I know it is actually more, but with the calendar switch I don't know how much..two or three pounds.
The whole hormonal water gain is a nightmare, and at such a weak time, too. Glad that is over. Doing fine on two meals a day. Lost half a pound overnight. I didn't exercise yesterday at all.
Hubby switched to three protein/veg and one fruit a day yesterday. No grain, no second fruit. He lost over a pound yesterday. He was feeling drained and feels fine eating the three small portions of protein, so seems like a good switch for him.
I dreamed last night my stomach was flat again, completely flat from the side. I woke up believing it was true right now. I am claiming that as my immediate future! Come on reset hypothalmus. I know it is supposed to reset around 21 days. Watching and waiting for something to just "feel different" as Dr Simeons patients reported.
