feeling fine

got up refreshed. drank 8 ounces watered down juice left from last night. no headache today. ordered dish network hookup for my sitting room where I exercise so I can add time. it will be too hot for outdoors exercise for me all too soon.
late lunch 12 oz tonic and some yogi tea. need to drink my smooth move now, couldn't with meetings around town this morning. at least I got about 20 minutes brisk walking in. feeling kind of wired. hubby is feeling crunchy, but it usually takes him a day longer to feel better when we cleanse.
totally missed drinking laxative tea. came home, did 12 minutes on the rebounder with hand weights. 15 minute massage. took long magnesium bath and did saline enema with clear rinse. absolutely couldn't face a salt water flush. drank a pot of hot water with a whole lemon juiced in with one tbsp raw honey. went to sleep at 9:45, dog got me up an hour later woofing at NOTHING, but went right back to sleep.
