mixed up a batch of lemonade with one organic lemon, dash of cayenne, dash potassium salt, one tablespoon maple syrup. drank 8 ounces about 9am, another 16 ounces about 10:30am.
did not want to get out of bed this morning, so I did not get up and do my rebounding for ten minutes as I planned. forgot my smooth move tea at home and did not drink any this morning. drinking hot water. peeing a lot! couple of small bms just like usual.
kind of sniffly sneezy this morning. very spacy and a definite headache moving in this afternoon. working a long day, had to run to advertiser at mall so I got some walking in, did two quick rounds. moving furniture about between two offices.
home at 6:30pm. drank another 24 oz lemonade tonic weak on the maple. made a cup of chocolate smooth move and downed that. drank a pot of pure chamomile tea with a tablespoon of raw organic honey mixed in the pot. going to bed about eight. too worn down draggy to do the rebounder or go walk. feeling like my throat is getting raw.
weighed before bed on a whim, down to 191 in my pajamas. stupid water weight.
praying. journaling. trying to get to sleep. having to get up and pee constantly isn't helping. couldn't really nod off even though exhausted until about 11:30, but slept well after that.
