hcg Day 9

might need a new scale...or just work on my patience

I think I lost half a pound maybe? 182/181.5. Not going to count it until I see lower. I really want to get out of the eighties. Hubby didn't lose anything last two days, which strikes me as really strange. He is going to do an apple day tomorrow if no scale change.
I am sleeping so much better I cannot believe I have been taking various sleep aids for the last year. Yet another side effect of clean eating and the hcg therapy that I can live happily with. I need to get back to painting with Lugol's. Had to buy a new amber glass bottle for my Lugol's solution.
