HCG Day 2
no weight change today - up or down

injection 175iu left glute. I don't know if I could do the shot myself. Ate a hardboiled egg for breakfast and about 12 oz of tonic. 3.5 oz burger patty and 4 oz cucumber with braggs and sea salt for lunch. cup of smooth move this morning just to clear out the eating out from yesterday. 2 liters hot water. Haven't exercised yet and it is mid afternoon. Don't feel hungry, but no clue if that is hcg related or not. Still supposed to gorge today.
Came home, made some homemade chocolate custard with premium dark chocolate, cream, egg yolks, a little evaporated cane sugar. Ate two bowls with whipped cream. Ate a few cups of popcorn with butter and sea salt. Drank a glass of milk. Goodbye milk. Went and bought strawberries and romaine (organic). Had to buy a new shower head to work with the shower filter. Bought new dispensers for defloridated water. Went for a 20 minute walk with hubby and the dog. Threw away the old running shoes I was wearing..they started making my feet hurt.
