Now that was a long weekend!

back on track

Weight at 190. Water weight had rebounded to 187 Friday.

Ended up with a business lunch this weekend that I couldn't avoid. Ate some plain rice, steamed broccoli and green beans. Threw me into a tailspin. Ate lightly last two days. Back at my desk with tonic in hand. I did get in a good walk Saturday plus rebounding. Decent bike ride yesterday trying to keep up with hubby.
Did not sleep properly last night after eating two meals throughout the day. Kept dreaming of cleaning out rubbish bins. Is my mind trying to tell me to finish the cleanse? No worries. Wish I knew when my hcg would get here.
