hcg Day 11
new scale shows higher weight
Date: 4/25/2008 9:26:57 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1798 times On new scale I weigh 183.2 this morning. Was 185.3 before I went to bed last night.
I know I had a lot of salt in dinner last night, and I had four drops of stevia in my pot of hot lemon water yesterday. It was my day off on a wrong day, which messes me up. I did not get a nap or do anything productive at all. Still don't see how that would make my weight go up half a pound from 182.7 on morning of day 10. I was horribly vacant yesterday, not thinking clearly, probably should not have driven anywhere. Went to bridal shower and ate/drank nothing there except my water I brought. I resisted made from scratch chocolate bundt and pistachios. Who knew I would? So that makes it doubly unfair to have gained half a pound. I suppose it could be hormonal, but if so, would the blasted period get here so I can get it over with? Heal endocrine system!!!
Doing an apple day today, so six apples over the next twenty four hours. I feel cold, slightly headachy in my brow ridges, and tired.
