Feeling a little vacant today. Yesterday was really stressful at work. I am trying to keep my stress down as much as possible. Might need to look for a new job. Blinkin economy.
I know I could never do this without the hcg. This low of a calorie count would have me hungry, which I never am. I have felt empty and I have felt like I need to get fuel to my brain, but that is not hunger. Doesn't mean I don't want certain foods, but wants can be deferred or denied. Our culture is not big on self denial or self control.
Still eating clean. Baby greens, albacore, and an apple for lunch. Two kamut cakes for snack throughout the day. Dinner was bay scallops and summer squash sauteed together with a tbsp of minced onion, squeeze of lemon. Hot lemon water after dinner.
I went to bed last night at 7:30 and went to sleep soundly. Normal bm this morning.
