I have made it to the halfway point of the 42 day cycle without straying from the protocol at all. I really miss fats, but that will come when I switch to lowcarb for the off period between rounds of hcg. Telling myself it will be fine, and that I can have those things helps mentally. I am making a list of foods I can have when between rounds, and making a list of things I want on my next two gorge days at the beginning of more hcg.
My hugest pants are gone. I have lost over 4 inches off my waist and over three from my big fat belly deposit. I need to take in some of my other pants to get me through until I am smaller still. Fortunately it is warming up, so I can wear forgiving skirts now.
Noticing every few days I crave cinnamon.
I have a cold, but it is fairly tolerable. I am really tired today. Didn't wake up like I have been doing. My hypothalmus should be adjusting at any moment, or is.
