day 14
day 14 was good , but since two days , no weight loss( what ever that means )

Interisting is that since two days, there is no more weight lossWhat I am doing diferent from the first days of fast is ,that I am not resting at all. Went again shoping , visit a friend.( It is a Carnaval here).I am starting to think , maybe that is the reason for not loosing weight ( I tam thinking so :more weight loss = more toxins cleaned ??? ) ?
Still dancing and singing .
My husbent went to the local restourant to a Carnaval Party .
I did not - what should I do there ? I can not drink even a glass of wine ! And all the jammy things ,there are going to eat there , only to look at them ?
Partis are not for me in the moment .
My lips are not so dry any more. My tongue is not covered with plaque today it is nearly rosa, but I think it is becouse I scrab it yesterday and today in the morning with a brush.
My mother told me today on telephon, that she does not belive me, that I am staying already two weeks only on water. "Yes mom, I said I was joking ."
It is betterso , otherwise she will worry all the time .
Do not people, who care about you ,what you are doing .
