Day 12
Day 12 was a wonderful day

No complains at all. Sleeping very good . Feeling great, loaded with energy, my body feels light ( no wonder ,I lost 9 kg - 20 pounds that is like I left somewere a small suitcase what I was carring al the time with me ).
I even dance today until I was doing a housework.
It was a beautiful sunny day and we were for a long walk ( was actually a litle tired at the and of it , but I did not need to go and lay down like the days before ) .I forgot to mention that we are living in a mountain area with very clean ear, we have in the tap spring water( I now we are lucky ).
Someting intersting too .I am biting my nails since I remember( runs in the family).I have never had nails.
And now I am not biting them any more.They are growing and I have no desire to bite rhem .Is it not the fast amaising !
Water intake as disired, but it is not much .
Tongue coated, very bad breath.
Urin the same .In the morning covered with white foam like shampoo, during the day nless foam in the evening clear.
Weight loss 9 kg ( 19.845 pounds )
Looking forward for the next day .
I am planing to safe my energy( to rest more ).It is aproved that the energy in this stage is fake.( Fake, but was feeling good !)
