Hi vilang, I read that link you posted and it is excellent! I encourage everyone reading this to visit that link, and at the minimum read the chapter on colon cleansing.

The fact that you had such a successful release from your third enema, following two previous ones where just water came out, is a strong indication that you really needed that enema. It's a good thing you didn't stop after the first two!

Given the results you have achieved from the enemas, I suggest that you consider giving yourself at least one enema every day while you are fasting. But be sure to use salt solution. Use one teaspoon of salt for each pint of water, or 4 teaspoons for a full 2 quart or 2 litre bag.

I consider enemas to be absolutely ESSENTIAL during a fast.

The water should be about 103 degrees F (39.5 degrees C) at preparation time.

Also, you should be taking probiotics and a vitamin and mineral supplement while fasting and doing enemas.
