Every thing is going all right

I did not do the coffee enema yesterday and I am not going to do enemas anymore. Yesterday I took in bed hot termofor for my heavines in the liver( maybe it was from the water enema ? I did not have it the days before.)and warm my stomach and liver up.Today all symtoms ( nausea, havines in the liver) are gone .I am feeling again great!

I work today a lot around the house , but I am geting easyly tired (I had to make a lot of breaks to rest)
It was a very nice sunny day today so I took a sun bath.And walk a littel bit.
Longer walks make me tired.

I am lisening to my body.

I think my body doesn't like even the water in the moment, becouse after I drink I have burps.When I stop I have no burps.

So everything went good on day 7.

Hope that day 8 will be also not dificult !
