Only water, according to desire.
Today's Output:
Urine is clear, no color, no odor, friquens as usual
No BM's
Today's Mental and fisical Outlook:
- I was a bit week in the morning, after sleeping when I got up, but then I slept for 4 hours, went
to the garden for fresh ear and a little winter sun and feld good again . I am going to do the fast at home and without exercising .I will relax most of the time, as advisied, except some short walks.I am taking a showers with water only, hoping to avoid dry sceen ( except for the hair (regular shampoo). I have a very long and strong hair and can't wash it without shampoo. Maybe I will try washing my hair with eggs, like my grandma .They make the hair look beautifull, but don't smell so good as shampoos do )

- I am not hungry,but I was atracted to the smell of fruits and salads( when I made fresch orange juice and salad to my family and when my son was eating a pear), but not to other foods .I just went a way .
Change in me :
Weght: 77 kg (169, 758 pounds ) minus 3 kg ( 6,615 pounds ) .
Tongue is light coated .
My sour troat from yesterday cleared .
