First of ALL, always wash your whole body with a wash cloth. Little comes off with soap and the naked hand especially on the face, ears, underarms, back and privates. I am a female but I have suggested the use of Vagisil Cream to two males with nasty itch, redness and irritation and they claim it worked liked a charm. A couple of days use and has never been back. 6 years ago on one and two years ago on the other. Although I would strongly recommend natural remedy above all else, it is just as painful to watch a man constantly itch and readjust himself as it is to actually be doing the itching and readjusting.
