jock itch comes from inside and you need to fight the bacteria.
get ACIDOPHILUS TABLETS from a health food shop, they should be strong 25 billion good bacteria or more.
they are kept in the fridge and that is where you store them.
take 4 or 5 tablets a day and your rash should clear in 3-4 days.then take 2 a day for a few weeks.later you can take 1 every second day to keep the rash away.
