I have heard a lot of people mentioning castor oil for cataracts but has anyone used EV Coconut Oil? Dr. Fife mentions it in his book Stop Vision Loss Now. Already using cineraria maritima and Brite Eyes throughout the day - 2 weeks + or -. I am going to try the coconut water he suggests as soon as I find an eye dropper. Not willing to undergo cataract surgery as most well meaning relatives and friends suggest.
