There's an herb you might try called guggulu

You might also try chyawanprash

I bet it will taste very good to you, not sure how you will react though.

Consider foods fried in coconut oil as a separate entity from other oils, treat it as if you would a new supplement and see how you react.

I think it would be a good idea to make your own ghee and use it for cooking.
