Still trying to get things right after lots of searching

Hello all!

I've been using this website for a little over a year now but I am finally posting to see if I am looking in the wrong places for a fix.

In terms of history, I've tried so many things. I'm a 27 year old male and since about 15 or so have just never felt like I was really young, robust, and energetic. I was a chunky kid in middle and high school that wasn't very active. I sweat profusely so it kept me from doing things b/c it was rather embarrassing. It didn't lead to any outside help or anything so I just dealt with it. I also developed gynecomastia at this time. Since then I started lifting and have competed in powerlifting and strongman. I'm 6'1 and 235lbs with a decent build but not what I would think someone who has been lifting for 8+ years would have acheived. I had gyno surgery in 2010 to remove the tissue which helped my self-confidence tremendously.

At 21 I got a testosterone level test to see where I was at and it came back at 421ng/dL on a scale of 300-1100ng/dL. I tried different things to help and even went so far as to attempt some letrozole to see if I could reverse the gynecomastia but to no avail. I started to do a lot of research and work with multiple different doctors.

I've tried arimidex which launched my Testosterone to 800ng/dL but I didn't feel any benefits. I've tried clomid challenges which yielded the same results. I focused on this as mainly a testosterone issue not thinking about anything else that may have gotten it there. I started having a lot of stomach issues and was diagnosed with Celiac via blood test. An endoscopy later came back negative but I still try and avoid glutens as it does mess me up. I routinely go through bouts of constiation with occasional diarrhea. This seems to improving with some of my current supps outlined below.

I'm done a Hulda Liver Flush that was unsuccessful. I've done 2 bouts of parasite cleanses and didn't notice anything coming out but did notice it increased my need for the bathroom substantially.

In Novemeber I was started on TRT at the ripe age of 26. I am currently taking Testosterone cypionate 100mg 2x/week, hCG 300iu and arimidex .6mg 3x/week. That got my T levels up over 1000ng/dL and has helped with erection strength and a little weight loss but not much else. E2 seems to be dialed in but I still feel like garbage.

That got me to look into iodine. I started at 12.5mg of Pure & Simple potassium Iodide from Vitamin Shoppe and worked my way up to 50mg. After a few days at 50mg, I felt absolutely fantastic. Energy immediately upon waking, my sweating finally disappeared to what I considered "normal," I felt clear headed, and over all awesome. But then I bombed and have been struggling since then. I suspect it is adrenal fatigue and a lab many years ago showed my aldosterone levels at 1 (scale was like 4-20 or somethign like that) nad the pupil dilation test is confirmed. I should note, the only reason I actually stopped the Iodine was because a lymph node on teh back of my head/neck grew big and tender. It cut off feeling to the entire left side of my head and even now it is still tender (over 1 month later).

My current symptoms are still poor digestion, fatigue, low libido, and now increased headaches, vision changes (blurry), dizziness, and my sweating is at an all time worst. I have had insomnia here lately (last night was the 1st night I haven't had it in a week) and don't feel refreshed upon waking. And my size and strength still suck for someone with my experience. Another note, I can hardly ever do calf work because it immediately cramps up my calves.

I suspect I have a severe electrolyte imbalance that lead to my crash along with my adrenals being week. I take up to or over 2tbsp celtic Sea Salt a day to try and keep me going and drink so much water yet constantly feel dehydrated and my urine comes out bright yellow.

Current supplements are:
-TRT as outline above
-500mg TMG 2x
-digestive grape bitters
-lots of Sea Salt
-B100 1x
-12,000iu D3 1x
-C-2000 complex (3-4/day)
-2500mg sublingual b12 1x
-multi 1x
-400mg Mg 1x (only been taking this for a few days)
-400mg Selenium (just bumped from 200mg)
-Source Natural Potassium Iodide 50mg 1x
-PB8 probiotic 1x

I just noticed my multi and the C-2000 complex have Potassium as well so I don't know if maybe I have too much potassium? Looks like I am getting 15mg K from my multi (half dosage), 100-150mg from the C-2000 complex, and however much is in 66mg of Potassium Iodide. So between 115mg to 231mg or so. The only sodium I am getting is from whatever food I eat that is pre-prepared, whatever iodized mortons salt I through on my food, and the 2ish tbsp from celtic Sea Salt . Thought about this?

All I know is I want to get to where I was for those few days during Iodine replacement. I feel horrible now and struggle with focusing on anything at all. I need help to get me feeling better. Ultimately, my goal would be to correct wherever this imbalance is occurring, let my body establish a new/correct homeostasis, and then come off TRT entirely as it is apparent that testosterone levels weren't the cause of my frustration.

FYI- I am awaiting the results of my adrenal stress test. I had just restarted Iodine a few days before hand.
