As a follow up to the potassium realization, I am going to swing by the local vitamin store and pick up some Vit C w/ bioflavinoids only so as to avoid the extra potassium.
I say this because I have really pumped up my salt even higher today to see if it will help and my headache went away pretty quickly.
Any other advice? I have been hesitant to pursue adaptogens or glandulars until I get my ASI back
