Re: Still trying to get things right after lots of searching

Yea, I've had those checked. Can't seem to find the values right now online so I'd have to check my lab collection at home. I know my values were near optimal with my FT4 being a little bit low. Haven't had NA, K, or CO2 levels checked I don't think. And no to an indican test.

ASI results:Taken
5/23, results 6/3:
Coritsol/DHEA-s results
DHEA-S 11.9ng/mL (2-23)
Cortisol AM 6.4ng/mL (3.7-9.5)
Cortisol Noon 1.9ng/mL (1.2-3.0)
Cortisol Evening 1.1ng/mL (.6-1.9)
Cortisol Night .4 ng/mL (.4-1.0)

I did some reading and decided I'm going to try some licorice root 450mg in the AM to see if I can get some relief. I'll bump it up to 900mg if not. The ideal points are top of range AM, bottom of range PM so I don't want to screw up my night time cortisol. If that doesn't work out I plan to shoot for corticol extract or possibly try the T3CM approach.

I've got incredible symptoms of AF right now. Blurry vision (will be good one minute then bad the next- more bad vision than good), dark circles under my eyes, sneezing like crazy, absolutely no energy.

Am I going about this wrong? Where should I be going? I'm starting to worry I'm really messing myself up here...
