So I've seen some things regarding American licorice root vs Chinese licorice root. I've noticed I keep getting what I would call "hot flashes" but I'm not sure. Basically feels like pulses in my body causing me to sweat. My sweating has already gotten worse since starting licorice root. Nothing else has changed- any recommendations? My goal was to raise my AM cortisol but honestly it feels like it's not hitting me until after lunch and that's when I have these pulses
I may try it at night for a few days and if not then come off. I never added in B5 so maybe I can just add that in and be happy and on my way?
